Things To Do in La Crescent, MN — July 2026

Free riverside concerts, a Tuesday-night farmers market, bluff-top sunsets and a star-spangled Fourth just across the water. Here is your hometown guide to a Driftless summer, sorted by date and easy to scan.

July is La Crescent at its best. The orchards trade their spring blossoms for river breezes and bluff-top views, and the calendar fills with free music, market evenings, library adventures and fireworks over the Mississippi. Whether you are a lifelong Lancer or just passing through on Highway 61, here is how to spend a small-town Fourth of July and the weeks that follow.

Star-Spangled Summer

Fourth of July & Big Summer Traditions

The Fourth lands on a Saturday in 2026, and it is a milestone one, marking 250 years of American independence. Here is where the Driftless area gathers all summer long.
